{"id":3048,"date":"2013-05-28T16:01:03","date_gmt":"2013-05-28T16:01:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtrainer-blog.de\/?p=3048"},"modified":"2022-12-17T11:09:10","modified_gmt":"2022-12-17T11:09:10","slug":"null-bock-stimmung-bei-job-themen-uberwinden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jobtrainer-blog.de\/?p=3048","title":{"rendered":"Null-Bock-Stimmung bei Job-Themen \u00fcberwinden!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Was ist, wenn die Stimmung im Job-Seminar auf dem Nullpunkt ist und die arbeitssuchenden Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen komplett demotiviert?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ganz wichtig ist es zun\u00e4chst in so einer Situation herauszufinden, was der Grund f\u00fcr die Demotivation ist. Ich habe bei meinen Seminaren Arbeitssuchende unter 25 Jahren gefragt, warum sie h\u00e4ufiger selbst getroffene Entschl\u00fcsse (wie z.B. &#8222;ich will Bewerbungen schreiben, Anrufe machen, Besuche bei m\u00f6glichen Arbeitgebern machen&#8230;&#8220;) nicht umsetzen. Das waren ihre Antworten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Faulheit \/ Bequemlichkeit \/ Null Bock<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Angst vor Misserfolg<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201e zu viel Stress\u201c<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Freizeit geht vor (Priorit\u00e4ten)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201emir ist alles egal\u201c<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201eich will Ergebnisse &#8211; sofort \u201c<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201edas passiert von allein\u201c (gute Fee-Prinzip)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Frust zwischendurch<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>keine Vorbilder \/ Beispiele<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Der n\u00e4chste Schritt als Trainer ist,\u00a0 die Gruppe zu motivieren und aktiv werden zu lassen &#8211; oft verschwindet die Demotivation von ganz allein, wenn\u00a0 erste Erfolgserlebnisse sichtbar werden. Mein Ansatz ist daher:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ein Programm zur Grundmotivation mit der Gruppe bearbeiten: <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/jobtrainer-blog.de\/?p=2775\">\u00dcbungen<\/a><\/span> dazu finden Sie immer wieder hier auf dem Blog.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>mit der Gruppe die gemiedenen T\u00e4tigkeiten gleich vor Ort praktisch durchf\u00fchren, z. B.
