Agil hei\u00dft nach Wikipedia erst einmal nichts anderes als<strong> &#8222;<span class=\"lexem\">von gro\u00dfer Beweglichkeit zeugend; regsam und wendig&#8220;.<\/span><\/strong> In der Software- und Projektentwicklung hat sich schon l\u00e4nger der Begriff des agilen Projektmanagements etabliert. Im <span style=\"color: #4c8fc2;\"><a style=\"color: #4c8fc2;\" href=\"https:\/\/scrum-master.de\/Scrum-Glossar\/Agiles_Manifest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>&#8222;<span style=\"color: #000080;\">Agilen Manifest<\/span>&#8222;<\/strong><\/a> <\/span>der Softwareentwickler wird darauf eingegangen, was das genau bedeutet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personen haben Vorrang vor Abl\u00e4ufen und Methoden<\/li>\n<li>Ergebnisse haben Vorrang vor ausgedehnter Dokumentation<\/li>\n<li>das Eingehen auf \u00c4nderungen hat Vorrang vor strikter Planverfolgung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zusammengefasst hei\u00dft das: Es geht immer um das Ziel, das erreicht werden soll (<strong>Vermittlung in passende Jobs<\/strong>), der Weg dorthin darf und sollte st\u00e4ndig hinterfragt werden. Starre Regeln und Abl\u00e4ufe werden durch mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t ersetzt. F\u00fcr Jobcoaches in Arbeitsmarktprojekten kann diese Flexibilit\u00e4t vielleicht so beschrieben werden: Wir beraten<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nicht an <strong>Berufen klebend<\/strong>, nicht statisch<\/li>\n<li>an <strong>Ressourcen<\/strong> orientiert, nicht an Defiziten<\/li>\n<li><strong>flexibel,<\/strong> mit beruflichem Querdenken und Trial and Error<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In der Praxis von Arbeitsmarktprojekten k\u00f6nnte das so aussehen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Repariere nichts, was nicht kaputt ist! <\/strong>Wir nutzen die nat\u00fcrlichen Ressourcen der Teilnehmenden, also F\u00e4higkeiten, bisherige Kenntnisse, Werte und k\u00f6rperliche Eignung! <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/jobtrainer-blog.de\/?p=4697\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hier ein Link)<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Wenn es nicht (mehr) funktioniert, mache etwas anderes!<\/strong> Wenn ein Berufsweg oder eine Bewerbungsform nicht mehr funktioniert, \u00e4ndern wir flexibel die Strategie!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wenn etwas funktioniert, mache mehr davon! <\/strong>Wenn wir an Reaktionen von Personalentscheidern, Ausbildern oder Praktikumsgebern sehen, dass ein Weg vielversprechend erscheint, ermutigen wir die Teilnehmenden, den Weg weiter zu gehen.
